On Tuesday 9 May 2023, after the end of the service, the rector of the parish, Archpriest Daniel Lugovoy, celebrated in the chapel in the name of St. Prince Vladimir the Equal-to-the-Apostles a thanksgiving prayer to the Lord God for the granting of Victory in the Great Patriotic War and a requiem litany "for our leaders and soldiers who laid down their lives on the battlefield, who died of wounds and glades, who died in captivity and bitter labour, who were innocently tortured and killed, and who worked hard for the Victory".
This was followed by a tea party in the parish centre. The parishioners talked about their relatives who took part in the Great Patriotic War and shared their family memories.
