On 8 June 2025, the Feast of the Holy Trinity (Pentecost), Metropolitan Constantine of Zaraisk, Patriarchal Exarch of Africa, celebrated the Divine Liturgy in the Cathedral of St. Sergius of Radonezh of the Diocese of South Africa in Johannesburg, South Africa.
The Archpastor was served by Archpriest Archpriest Daniel Lugovoi, rector of the Cathedral, and clerics of the Patriarchal Exarchate of Africa.
The service was conducted in Church Slavonic and English.
At the end of the Liturgy, Metropolitan Constantine celebrated Great Vespers of the Feast of Pentecost with the recitation of kneeling prayers.
After the service, Archpriest Daniel welcomed the Vladyka and presented him with a commemorative gift.
Metropolitan Constantine addressed the audience with an archpastoral address and congratulated everyone on the Feast of Holy Pentecost. The bishop presented the cathedral with an icon of St Tikhon, Patriarch of Moscow, the 100th anniversary of whose repose the Church celebrates this year.
