Yesterday the Sunday school class took place outdoors. Under the guidance of their parents, the children planted five birch trees in honour of the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
The work went on cheerfully and harmoniously - to the songs of the war years. There was something for everyone: someone was digging, someone was planting, someone was watering.
Matushka Elena told the children about birch trees, about the war and about the meaning of Victory Day itself.
