On 11-12 October 2025, the Cathedral of St. Sergius of Radonezh celebrated the Patron Saint Day.
On Saturday 11 October, the Patriarchal Exarch of Africa, Metropolitan Constantine of Cairo and North Africa, who temporarily administrates the Diocese of South Africa, celebrated the All-Night Vigil in the cathedral.
His Eminence was served by Archpriest Daniil Lugovoi, dean of the South African Church District (South Africa) and rector of the Sergievsky Cathedral, and Deacon Stephen Hayes, clergyman of the cathedral.
At the end of the All-Night Vigil, Metropolitan Constantine congratulated those praying on the Patron Saint Day.
