On Thursday, 7 November, dean of parishes of the South African Diocese in South Africa, Archpriest Daniel Lugovoy, rector of the Cathedral of St. Sergius of Radonezh in Johannesburg, met with Priest Jacques Smuts, who is in charge of one of the Orthodox communities in the city of Cape Town.
Together they visited the temporary place of worship, where they discussed the further development of church life and the pastoral care of the faithful. During the meeting, the priests exchanged experiences and views on ways to strengthen the community spiritually. Archpriest Daniel gave the congregation the stamps for baking the proshoras.
